The SmartBells Pro series comes in four weight ranges from 10 to 72 lbs. (4.5 to 33 kg). They are slightly taller and wider than SmartBells Standard with a larger grip area for more stability and balance given the heavier weight. Used as a support or replacement to traditional weight training, the SmartBells Pro series effectively engages large and small muscle groups simultaneously at a higher threshold, thus creating an ultra-effective workout without the injuries common with traditional weight systems.
